For the maturation of this whisky, they use an Oloroso sherry cask, which they season for three years with wine and orange peels. This cask gives an exceptional flavor profile for the whisky. Loads of oranges, some sherry, mint, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, vanilla, and pepper is there.
