The first from regular Teeling whiskeys made entirely in Dublin. Single Pot Still is an old, traditional category of Irish whiskey where they distill malted and unmalted barley. In this case, 50/50. This whiskey is distilled three times and aged in ex-bourbon, ex-wine, and virgin oak barrels.
