Australia 2015 TCRL

When we think about rum, usually the first things that come into our mind are Caribean islands or South America. But it is not a secret that rum now might come from any corner of the Earth. For example, this Transcontinental Rum Line release, that comes from Australia. It was distilled in Beenleigh distillery from fermented sugarcane molasses in pot stills. For the first 2 years, it was aged in Australia. After that, it went on a long trip across the oceans to continental Europe, where it was aged for an additional two years before bottling.
