Teeling Brabazon Bottling Series 3

It is the third and probably most impressive Brabazon series edition. This series is dedicated to wine casks in the Irish whiskey making, and every release focuses on one of it. The first Brabazon consisted of 6 sherry casks of different styles; the second Brabazon consisted of port wine casks. Brabazon Series 3 focuses on the famous sweet Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. This whiskey’s initial maturation took place in bourbon barrels, but for the last 3 years of the process, it was filled in some very old sweet Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. It is a limited edition of 10 000 bottles.
