Diplomatico No2 Barbet

It is the second bottling from Diplomatico’s The Distillery Collection. Back in Venezuela, they have three different distillation devices that they use for their rum. The second is called Barbet, and it comes from France. They make sugar cane molasses rum with it. Then they age it in American white oak barrels, previously used for bourbon and whisky maturation for four years.
