Long Pond 15 YO 2003 TECA

The Continental Flavored means one of the four Jamaican rum styles, where the number of esters supposes to be 700/1600 gr/hlpa. HECA is a subdivision of this style, which has specifically 1200/1300 esters. All the long 15 years of maturation it spent in Caribien, and during these years, more than 67 of it evaporated due to the angel’s share.  Because of the high ester level, this type of rum is usually used for blending, and it is rare to find it bottled just like that.
