New Zealand Whisky Diggers & Ditch

New Zealand is now one of the reappearing whisky regions of the whisky world. New distilleries pop up; they make exciting whiskies and want to share it with the rest of the world. Many years back, things were about the same there, but one day it all has changed: all the distilleries had to close. But thanks to some good people, we still have a chance to try some of the whiskies distilled back then.

Diggers & Ditch is one more nice release from The New Zealand Whisky Collection; only it stands out of the pack. It is a blend of whiskies made in two countries. One part comes from the closed Dunedin Distillery in New Zealand, and the other part comes from undisclosed whisky distillery in Tasmania.
