Sonoma 2nd Chance Wheat

A rare type of whiskey. A mash bill of this whiskey must consist of at least 51 % wheat. The barrels they use in the maturation of this whiskey, get a second chance because it was used once before. Some of it is rye, some of it bourbon barrels.
