Spirit of Dublin Poitin TWC

Poitin is a traditional Irish spirit, very close to American moonshine. It is distilled three times in traditional copper pot stills, bottled un-aged, 52,5 ABV.  You might find some notes of fresh bread, barley malt, berries, and fruits in it. This batch contains malted and unmalted barley in equal parts.
