Dassai 45 Junmai Daiginjo

It is a new entry level sake from Dassai, which comes instead of Dassai 50. They use rice polished up to 45 percent for making it, and 55 percent is removed. You might find hints of green apples, flowers, and grapes in the flavor and aroma of this sake.
