Derrumbes N.2 Michoacan

This mezcal is made using two types of agave: Cupreata gives hints of ripe fruit, and Cenizo imparts herbal notes. Agaves are cooked in stone pits with black oak, fermented in pinewood tanks and distilled using old Filipino methods, which altogether provide distinct character to Derrumbes Michoacan.
