Derrumbes N.1 Oaxaca

It is an excellent example of mezcal from the Central Valey of Oaxaca. With light smokiness from black oak-fired stone pits, where Espadin agaves are cooked. Fermented with wild yeasts and distilled twice in copper pot stills, bottled 47,5 ABV, with hints of minerality and fruits.
