Barbados 2005 Small Batch TCRL

This rum is a blend of pot still and column still rums, distilled in Foursquare distillery on the island of Barbados. Usually, pot still spirits have more congeners, which makes it robust and complex, while the column still creates lighter spirits. It this rum, you will find a nice balance between the two, maybe a bit more covered by the pot still side. It was aged for 11 years in tropics in bourbon barrels and then 2 more years in Europe, in rum barrels.
