Cambridge 13 YO 2005 STCE

It is another excellent bottling from a collaboration between Velier and Long Pond distillery in Jamaica that shows traditional rum styles of this country. Cambridge got its name from a distillery closed back in 1974 and has an ester level of 550/700 gr/hlpa. This bottling consists of 11 barrels, aged for 13 years with an angel’s share of more than 63 percent.
